Cyberabad training & content development status as of 30 Sept 2023

  For the Soft Skills Training that you have planned for September 2023, here is the content with ready with us.  (1) Communicaiton (2) Leadership (3) Problem solving (4)  Creativity (5) Critical Thinking (6)  Decision Making (7 ) Emotional Intelligence (8) Public Speaking We have modules for Communication  ( 3 hours module ) Leadership ( 9 hours , 3 sessions module ) Problem Solving (3 hours ) , Critical Thinking ( 1 hour to 2 hours ) , which were developed by us and APPROVED by Synchrony .  Where are we are yet to develop moduels for Creativity , Decision Making , Emotional Intelligence and Public speaking.  For public Speaking , module is ready but yet to be approved by company . FYI sir.  Now, we know what to work on.  For soft skills, in the XL Sheet you sent us, target audience / participant offices is not specified sir.  We can discuss on Tuesday 14 Feb .

 O Today , we have conducted a good role play for 2021 Patro Car & Blue Colt batch at Hyderabad commissionerate , Basheer Bagh. Thanks all officers for active participation. . The Star Performers of the day : M/S 1. B Rama Krishna, Bowenpalli PS 2. D Mahesh , Santosh Nagar PS 3. Wahiuddin , Narayana Guda PS 4. Ramesh Rathod , Chilakala Guda PS OUR Star Role Players have rocked today ! It was entertaining as well as insightful . Fellow participants have especially appreciated the quality of counseling given by RamaKrishna of Bowenpally PS and compromise attempted by Wahiduddin of Narayana Guda PS . We took an owner tennant theme and conflicts thereof .
