For the Soft Skills Training that you have planned for September 2023, here is the content with ready with us. 

(1) Communicaiton (2) Leadership (3) Problem solving (4)  Creativity (5) Critical Thinking (6)  Decision Making (7 ) Emotional Intelligence

(8) Public Speaking

We have modules for Communication  ( 3 hours module ) Leadership ( 9 hours , 3 sessions module ) Problem Solving (3 hours ) , Critical Thinking ( 1 hour to 2 hours ) , which were developed by us and APPROVED by Synchrony . 

Where are we are yet to develop moduels for Creativity , Decision Making , Emotional Intelligence and Public speaking.  For public Speaking , module is ready but yet to be approved by company . FYI sir. 

Now, we know what to work on. 

For soft skills, in the XL Sheet you sent us, target audience / participant offices is not specified sir.  We can discuss on Tuesday 14 Feb .
