(1) Communicaiton (2) Leadership (3) Problem solving (4) Creativity (5) Critical Thinking (6) Decision Making (7 ) Emotional Intelligence (8) Public Speaking We have modules for Communication ( 3 hours module ) Leadership ( 9 hours , 3 sessions module ) Problem Solving (3 hours ) , Critical Thinking ( 1 hour to 2 hours ) , which were developed by us and APPROVED by Synchrony . Where are we are yet to develop moduels for Creativity , Decision Making , Emotional Intelligence and Public speaking. For public Speaking , module is ready but yet to be approved by company .
